Available from the Editing Palette and the Effects menu, this effect can be adjusted by setting the repetition speed to match the desired style.

Understanding Tremolo Picking

Tremolo picking transforms a note or chord into a series of rapid strikes, creating a continuous flow of sound that enhances rhythm and texture.

In Guitar Pro, this effect is particularly suited to fast or continuous passages, with three predefined speeds accessible by right-clicking the Tremolo Picking icon:

• Eighth note:
• Sixteenth note:
• Thirty-second note:

Application in Guitar Pro

Select a note or chord, then activate the icon in the Editing Palette. Right-click to choose the speed: eighth note for a moderate rhythm, sixteenth note for a fast tempo, or thirty-second note for maximum intensity.

The tremolo symbol (diagonal bars) is added to the score, and the tremolo picking is interpreted.
