Zoom Options in Guitar Pro 8

Guitar Pro offers several ways to adjust the zoom level of your score.

Zoom In and Zoom Out

You can control the zoom level using the following methods:

• Zoom Option in the Toolbar: Use the zoom control in the toolbar (located at the top of the screen) to select a zoom level from 10% to 800%. For precise adjustment, drag the slider below the zoom option to set a custom value.

• View Menu: Go to View > Zoom In or View > Zoom Out to adjust the zoom incrementally.

• Trackpad or Mouse Wheel: For a quick and intuitive approach, use your laptop’s trackpad or mouse wheel to zoom in or out on the workspace.

• Keyboard Shortcuts:

  • Zoom In: Cmd + < or Ctrl + +
  • Zoom Out: Cmd + > or Ctrl + -

Full-Screen Mode

To maximize your workspace, activate full-screen mode via View > Full Screen or by clicking the full-screen option in the Guitar Pro window (next to the close button).

These zoom options allow you to tailor Guitar Pro’s interface to your needs.
