Pedro Issler was born in São Borja, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, on April 27, 1992. He took the stage for the first time at the age of 7 in his hometown, alongside his piano teacher, Sibele Kucera Chaves.
From that moment on, he started performing as a bassist, keyboardist, accordionist, and guitarist in shows and festivals across various cities in the state. He began dedicating himself more intensely to the guitar in 2006, with Yamandu Costa, Lucio Yanel, Raphael Rabello, Tommy Emmanuel, Sungha Jung, and Igor Presnyakov being his main musical influences.
In 2010, he started sharing his love for music on his social media platforms, and in 2018, he began helping people improve on the guitar and fulfill their dream of playing fingerstyle.
Today, he has over 30 million views on his videos, 200 thousand followers on social media, and more than 1400 enrolled students in his courses, across Brazil and around the world.
Guitar Pro is part of my journey as a musician and teacher. I first used it in 2005 as a teenager, and I definitely wouldn’t have progressed as much if it weren’t for the ease of learning the songs I loved the most (mostly by The Beatles).
Today, in 2023, I want my students to progress in the same way I did, with the help of what Guitar Pro can provide.
