Adel Rouhnavaz
Adel Rouhnavaz is a music producer, electric guitarist, and social media influencer from Iran. With over 75,000 followers on Instagram, several online guitar courses, and a place as a jury member for the MRNB Worldwide Guitar Contest, Adel has become a respected name in the guitar and metal communities.
Adel’s passion for music began at age nine when his father brought a guitar home. He started playing Iranian pop songs and quickly fell in love with the instrument. Driven by determination and self-discipline, he taught himself to play, learning from books and video tutorials by legendary guitarists such as Michael Romeo, John Petrucci, Steve Vai, and Joe Satriani. In 2014, Adel earned 2nd place in the Mayones Duncan competition, and he is now endorsed by Mayones Guitars and GHS Strings. His skills and experience led him to join the jury for the MRNB Worldwide Guitar Contest in 2021.
As a guitarist, Adel has worked on a variety of projects. He has collaborated with several artists, including Mohsen Chavoshi, on albums like Harmless Ruler (2016) and Abraham (2018). Adel also releases solo material on all streaming platforms! Beyond performing, he is engaged in education. Through the Instagram page, @adr.academy, he offers guitar courses for all levels and has helped more than 3,000 online students with over 850 minutes of video lessons.

When I was 15 years old, I was a total gaming nerd and also played guitar. I taught myself how to play professionally by watching tutorial videos and reading PDF books. But I felt like something was missing until I discovered Guitar Pro. It was like a whole new world opened up for me when I started using Guitar Pro 3.
