The Jack – AC/DC
The number of packages of three eighth notes determine the bar: 6:8 for two groups of three eighth, 9:8 for three groups of three eighth notes, 12:8 for four groups of three eighth notes etc…
When the bar is binary, but the eighth notes are systematically played in a way to attack the first note and the third, of a triplet of eighth notes, we indicate a “triplet feel”.
Eighth notes are written like if they were binaries and regulars, but they interpret themselves like the eighth notes 1 and 3 from a ternary measurement.
Must not be confused the 3:4, which is a binary bar, in which each time is carved in eighths notes, with a ternary bar, in which each pulsation will be cut in 3 equals eighth notes.
In a binary bar, the triplets are permitting to pass from a ternary interpretation of the pulsation, like the duolets indications, which are permitting in a ternary bar to switch on a binary interpretation of the pulsation.

How to easily write a drum pattern in Guitar Pro ?
One of the most practical ways of writing a drum pattern in Guitar Pro is, for example, to cut the bar into eighth notes and move forward in the bar using the virtual instrument that summarizes the available elements. This way you can see each eighth note and each drum element you are going to edit.
