Welcome to Play Guitar Hits. The company App Steel ("App Steel" or "us" or "we" or "company") operates the Play Guitar Hits mobile application (the "service") that provides access to guitar lessons. By accessing or using Play Guitar Hits, you agree to these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (EULA).
These EULA apply to you and App Steel, regarding your use of App Steel’s applications, services, products, websites, and all content and software related to our services.
By accessing and using Play Guitar Hits, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
App Steel may modify or amend these Terms of Use at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon their posting on Guitar Play Hits website.
Any use or access by anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed.
PRIVACY POLICY
The use of the services is also governed by App Steel Privacy Policy.
FREE TRIALS
Your Play Guitar Hits subscription may start with a free trial. The free trial period lasts for 7 days. You get unlimited access to the full Play Guitar Hits catalogue during these 7 days.
Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
PURCHASE PER UNIT
The user has the possibility to buy each title individually. The payment will be subject to the App Store payment policy.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Current subscription may be be cancelled during the active subscription period. However, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Settings after purchase.
COPYRIGHT
Any content viewed through Guitar Play Hits is strictly for your personal and non-commercial use only. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to access Guitar Play Hits. All copyrightable content and the original presentation of Play Guitar Hits are copyrighted by company.
