Norman K. Anderson [Neoclassical, USA]

Norman K Anderson was born and raised in Anchorage Alaska. He has been playing the guitar for 27 years or so, and has released 5 solo albums under his own name, as well as a CD with another Shadow Veil Records artist Jaime Cisneros of Delirium Tremors called Virus in the Machine. He also has a band that he labels a Progressive Heavy Metal Broadway Theater style called Masquerade of Shadows.  They have 1 album out already titled The Haunted Manor, and two more to come. Norman's main influences are Yngwie Malmsteen, Vinnie Moore, Tony Macalpine, John Williams (the film composer), and anything symphonic or classical. His goal now is to release as many albums and instructional DVDs, CDROMs, and books as possible. "I love to work on music!" he tells us. "To score music for a movie and write a symphony! To work with as many talented musicians as I can throughout my career."

Norman is currently working on a book/CDROM entitled Heavy Metal Neoclassical Guitar Method. What you can download here is the score of his song "Victory and Valor" from the album Victory and Valor. It shows both rhythm guitar parts, bass, drums, keyboards and arpeggio sections. The Intro on the album Victory and Valor is based off of J.S. Bach's Toccata and Fugue in Dminor. The Outro is based off of J.S. Bach's Violin Double in Dminor.
